The Farmer's Daughter

The Farmer's Daughter is an ABC network sitcom series executively produced by Harry Ackerman, starring Inger Stevens as Katrin "Katy" Holstrum.

The show aired from September 20, 1963 to April 22, 1966, lasting for three seasons & 101 episodes. It was also sponsored by Lark Cigarettes and Clairol.


The series centered on Katy Holstrum, a young Swedish woman who becomes a housekeeper for widowed U.S. Congressman, Glen Morley and his two sons, Steve & Danny.
