Stat is an ABC network medical comedy series created by Danny Arnold, Tony Sheehan & Chris Hayward. It was a remake of the 1970s show, "A.E.S. Hudson Street."
The show aired from April 16 to May 21, 1991 after six episodes aired.

The show centered on the staff of New York City's Hudson Memorial Hospital.
