Glitter

Glitter was an ABC network drama TV series produced by Aaron Spelling that premiered on September 13, 1984.

The show starred David Birney, Morgan Brittany, Melinda Culea, Tracy Nelson, Arthur Hill, Timothy Patrick Murphy, Christopher Mayer and Arte Johnson.

The show was scheduled on Thursday nights against shows "Simon & Simon", "Cheers" and "Night Court" which were all among the Top 20 most-watched programs at that time.

The first three episodes of "Glitter" aired in September of 1984, and then it was taken off the air (even though was still in production) until December of 1984 when three more episodes were shown.

The show's ratings did not improve and "Glitter" was cancelled on December 27, 1985 after 14 episodes.
