Almost Home is an ABC network sitcom pilot which aired as an episode of "Webster" on February 21, 1986; it was produced by Steve Sunshine & Madeline Sunshine. The pilot was not picked up by the network as a series.
Plot[]
The series was supposed to center on Jake Tyler, a country & western singer who gives up his career to become a foster father for a group of orphans (P.J., Michael, Sandy, Mandy and Jack) at a foster home in New York City.
