Alexander the Great is an ABC network drama pilot starring William Shatner & Adam West, produced by Phil Carlson.
The pilot aired on January 26, 1968, but was not picked up by the network as a series.
Plot
Set in 33 B.C., the series was supposed to be based on stories from the bible, telling the story of the historic battle of Issus in which Alexander's Greek forces met the opposing Persian army.
